Our vision: Leadership formation is shaped by the spirit of our Marianist Charisms. The work of leadership as service is a simple concept with fine distinctions. Students will develop leadership skills in order to transform themselves and their communities. In the Marianist tradition, leadership is best understood within the contexts of community and service. Students are called to be their best selves for the betterment of the world.
