Meet the Teachers & Staff

Working in close partnership with the School of Education and Allied Professions at the University of Dayton, our faculty and staff are committed to providing the very best care and education for our children and their families. Because we are the demonstration school for the University of Dayton's early childhood education licensure program, our staffing policy reflects the career lattice of the early childhood profession. We balance each classroom teaching team with individuals that possess a master's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education, an associate degree in early childhood education, and a one-year Child Development Associate certificate.
